Delivery Policy:

• Delivery timeline is 5–7 business days depending on your location and the courier partner.
• Delivery charges are £15 for single-item orders. Orders with two or more items qualify for free delivery.
• Shipping charges are displayed separately on the checkout page.
• Our logistics partners do not operate on Sundays and National Holidays. Orders will be shipped and delivered on the next working day.
• We make two delivery attempts; please ensure your address is complete (House No, Street, Area, and Nearest Landmark).
• Only accept orders that arrive in branded flyers and refuse any that appear opened or tampered with.

Exchange Policy:

We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process easy for our customers.

• Our return & exchange policy allows you to return or exchange items through the same outlet it was purchased/dispatched from within 30 days of delivery.
• Customer must have the sales invoice slip, and the product must be returned in its original packaging. It must not be worn, washed, damaged, altered, or have stains, odor, or missing labels/tags.
• Return or exchange policy is not applicable on discounted products.
• The complaint must be registered by contacting customer service from our website, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

Refund Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a voucher of the full amount.

A refund may only be issued if:

• Refunds will only be issued in the form of vouchers. We do not offer cash refunds.
• The item(s) do not match the original specifications of the product.
• The shipment has been delayed due to force majeure conditions.
• Refunds are not applicable on factory outlets or discounted items.
• Refunds cannot be issued from our retail stores.
