Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The product remains in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
